Car Alarms: Alarm cutting out my electrical system, alarm features, mintues

Question
What is the problem when the alarm is cutting out my electrical system?  I stop and when I get back int the car, the car is dead, the the alarm goes off by itself and can stop it, turn car on and it stops, then goes off again by itself.  When I turn on the lights, the alarm goes off, when I turn off lights, alarm goes on.  Couldnt stop alarm, so I disconnected the battery.  One time it did the same, then 5 mintues later, the system all came back on and I could drive the vehicle. The LED light stays on when I take out the key, put key in and it blinks. Right now I cant drive it since the alarm has cut out the electrical system so how.  I do have a swith and button (black) underneath the red LED light.

Answer
If you would read some of the previous
posts I made on this subject, you will
see the procedure to toggle into and out
of valet/override mode. It allows
you to set and reset the starter kill mechanism
as well as all other standard alarm features.

This should also apply to yours.

Good luck with it. Should do the trick.
