Car Alarms: Getronic SR 1 alarm on Audi Coupe, getronic, alexander i

Hi, The c/locking and alarm set ( and unlocking/alarm off) functions OK using the key in the drivers door. Using the remote fob sets and unsets the alarm/flashes indicators but no effect on c/locking or unlocking. It used to function fine before - some relay clicking sound can be heard now but no c/l - any advice appreciated. Alexander

I'd have it over to Audi to inspect it.
I don't repair central systems but from
the sounds of it, the alarm is functioning,
but not the OEM (factory) central locking system.

Have them take a look specifically at that
to solve this I would think.
