Car Alarms: 2.2 16v frontera, isuzu rodeo, fuel injection system

hi can you help i have frontera ,it has the standard alarm and imob, that is operated by the drivers key in the door ,the imob part has pack up and i can not start the car ,it turns over and goes to fire but then stops ,i have had a auto elect look at it and he said it is the bosh control unit under the glove box but i cant get one . is the a way of buy passing the alarm all to gether cheers mike

No unfotunately your mechanic is correct.
That control unit, if bad, is the key that
makes the fuel injection system run and regulate.

It is the brain that tells the entire system what to do.

Why can't you aquire one?
In the states, your truck is also called the isuzu
rodeo. You might try searching google for info
on used replacement parts...
