QUESTION: I can not open the trunk with the automatic door opener. Any suggestions?  Mind you the big problem is that I don't lock the doors anymore. Doesn't matter how I lock the doors, shortly after locking the alarm goes off. Can you tell me if I can disarm and how...many thanks

ok, the factory alarm depends on the
physical action of locking and unlocking the doors.
If you have a dome light of another power source drain,
it can set off the alarm.

Solution? Check all lighting inside the car when the
doors are locked. Trunk especially!

If nothing is found, then you may have to reset it.
Just to double check it's the car's horn sounding
and the headlight flashing right?
