Car Alarms: 2001 cobra factory alarm, time options, reader writer

i have a 2001 svt factory alarm installed its not working, the car starts the batts
been replaced it just doesnt do anything,it does however show a red THEFT word
in the the pannel where the idiot lights are. what are my options . thank you for
your time

Options are to have the Dealership reset the system,
or contact the service department there for there
solution. Since it's a factory system, they will need
to put it on the code reader/writer to undo the
issue.
