Car Alarms: EZSDE1478 VIPER ALARM, car wont start, viper alarm

this alarm has been giving me problems for a couple of weeks but now it is showing the TX SIGNAL ICON on the remote and its not even responding. on top of that my car wont start because of it nothing happens as if it has no power..what could be wrong

  I do not provide DEI installation manuals
here for any car alarm or remote starter system
sold at DEI (directed electronics).
They have asked us to kindly not do this as they're
policy is to not supply INSTALLATION guides to they're
end users due to liability issues. It's unfair, &
unfortunate, but I can and should respect that position,
as I hope you do & can.

or use they're Dealer Locator to get service near you.
