Car Alarms: Lost Keypad, brain box, mustang gt

Question
I have a 1995 Mustang GT that has an aftermarket car alarm installed in it but I lost the keypad for it.  I do not know the brand of the alarm system since it was already installed when I purchased the car.  Any ideas on what I should do?

Answer
Without knowing the make/model of the system,
getting/programming remotes will be quite
difficult.

You'd need to pull the brain box, and see if
there are manufacturer markings or serial #s
that can help to ID it. Without that, you will
have to replace it. Probably a good idea at
this point anyhow.

Time to upgrade/update here I think to get
the best out of the security for the car.
