Car Alarms: Aftermarket Alarm, alarmtek, shock sensor

I have an Aftermarket Alarm that goes off unexpectantly every now and then and nothing touches it.  Also my dome lights inside the car flash on and off while driving.  Are these problems connected?  All door are shut while driving.

You have an impact or shock sensor set
too high. You'll need to locate the sensor
and either turn it down or off using
the inset trim wheel, counter clock wise
to turn down.

That should solve this one I think.

As far as the dome light, that's another issue.
No idea what that's about, sorry.
