Car Alarms: keyless entry, alarmtek, transmitter programming

i was wondering how i can program a keyless entry button to work with my 1991 buick regal?

So sorry, but the note I left on

provide transmitter programming info
must have been missed by you.
Wish I could, but I simply don't provide
