Car Alarms: 1997 BMW 740 Alarm Issues, bmw 740, back loop

Question
After changing batteries it seems that everytime I set the alarm with the key I get an awful roar through the speakers, with or without the radio powered up.  If I remake the ground at the battery the sound occurs only when the radio is on.  In either case the volume is not controllable and very loud.  I can turn the radio up to mask the sound but then both are too loud.  Any help would be appreciated.

No idea why you are getting a feed back loop through
the audio system.
