Car Alarms: Issue with remote start and alarm., wire cutters, remote starter

Question
A few weeks ago i had this same problem and it mysteriously fixed itself when i popped the hood. For whatever reason the alarm would go off on my after market 96 accord remote starter. It would make the usual noise and sometimes make it at low volume. When i would open the door the alarm would go off and the car would turn on. It wouldn't turn off until i closed the door. Right now its sitting with its lights on while the switch is turned off for the lights. I had to snip the red and black wire for the speaker to shut it up. As i said the last time it fixed itself after i retrieved the wire cutters and then popped the hood. Thats when it went back to normal.

Answer
It sounds like a badly grounded siren or car alarm/remote starter system. I'd get up under the dash, and
re check all connection points. The low volume
is the "tell" on the siren being grounded incorrectly
or is on a bad spot.

Re check all the connections then see if the
problems clear up.
