Car Alarms: remote start does not work, blown fuse, dodge stratus

I have a 1995 Dodge Stratus. I installed a new deck and now my command start does not work. Are they wired together some how? I found a blown fuse in my dash for the starter, replaced it and it still won't work. The on/off toggle switch in my dash is connected to nothing. What can I do?

I'd start with the installers that put in the "deck".
They seem to be responsible here. If not, then to
the tech that put in the command start in the first
place, and pay him to effect repairs.

Without first hand inspection, I can only go by
your explaination. I'd start with the deck guy.
