Car Alarms: Clifford Concept 650, clifford concept 650, 12 volt

Hello, I have Concept 650 installed, I have programmed the windows to roll up during arming, however, when disarming the windows roll down, as it is raining here, i get the car soaked before i even get in. Can the windows be programmed not to roll down without cliffnet
