Car Alarms: mk4 escort clifford alarm problem, ford escort xr31, clifford alarm

i have a mk4 ford escort xr31(f reg) and i 24v the car by accident when i was charging the battery, the alarm has stoped working and i have had to remove the fuse for my central locking because it keeps locking and unlocking itself when i dont take it out. please help
