Car Alarms: Checkmate Car Alarm, random times, car alarm

Question
The alarm will work perfectly fine, and then at random times the alarm wont arm or disarm.  It seems like the remote is unable to connect to the reciever because of interference.  I will have to use the manual bypass to start the car. Any ideas?

Just sounds like electronic fatigue. Parts
like door pin switches etc can ware out.

I'd inspect all the connected wiring for
bad connectors, and or switches to find the
fault, or replace it now with a new and
warrantied piece for a better, more secure
experience.
