Question
How do I diarm the factory alarm system so I can unlock the car with my key without the alarm going off?

Answer
The only way without the factory fob is to add
an aftermarket keyless entry system to the car.
The factory alarm works when the doors are locked
and unlocked by remote, ONLY. There is no simple wire
to ground in this case to disarm it.

Either replace the OEM key fob from Mitsubishi,
or put in another remote system to solve this issue.
