Car Alarms: Viper car starter causes Honda Pilot alarm to go off., honda pilot, shock sensor

Hi! Ever since I had a Viper car started installed on my Honda Pilot the car alarm randomly goes off 1-2 times a week. Of course this often happens in the wee hours of the morning and my neighbors are getting hostile! Any thoughts? Thanks!

Probably have a shock sensor issue.
Seems it may be set too high.
Look around under the dash aread
for a clear little box with blinking red
& green lights. This is the shock sensor.
Either use a screw driver (small) to
turn it counter clock wise (down) until
happy, or unplug it all together, and rely
on the door trigger wires (dome light and truck)
to protect the truck. Usually this is more
then adequate.
