Car Alarms: Keeps arming, programmable options, electronic lock

QUESTION: I have a option group alarm on my 97 integra. The problem is that if i disarm the alarm, after a couple mintue it will arm again. keeps doing this on me.
ANSWER: I am not familiar with that brand of alarm however if you check your owner's manual look for a programmable options section.  In this section you should find a passive arming option, as well as instructions on how to disable the feature.

QUESTION: all it has is a pump/electronic lock system jumper, and the manual says nothing about passive arming option.

Answer
The pump/electronic lock jumper is to control the length of the door lock output pulse.

Again, I am not familiar with that brand, and google has nothing on it.  Since there is so little real information on the system I would consider swapping it out with something from a known company that will be around to support the product for years to come.
