Car Alarms: 2001 Dodge Odyssey factory alarm, odyssey honda, chris dodge

Hi, I have a 2001 Dodge Odyssey with a factory installed alarm and it is randomly going off. It problably happens 5 to 15 times a day. It doesn't matter if the car is or is not locked. I don't mind if there is a way for me to just deactivate, I just want to know what else that will cause to be deactivated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Honda yes, but nothing on a Dodge Odyssey.

If it's the Honda, please describe what's
"going off"

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
Is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
"going off"?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action.
