Car Alarms: Programing a remote for a bicron alarm system, fcc id, car alarms

I have one working remote for my girlfriends's Bicron alarm system.  the remote's fcc id # is LQLKNJ2NR  (IT MIGHT BE LOLKNJ2NR AS THE O AND Q ARE SIMILAR.

I purchased an extra remote on ebay but have no idea how to program it as the suplied 'instructions' had links to websites that are useless. any ideas on how I could find out how to program this remote?

are there universal programable remotes?

The Bicron systems are not one that I am familiar with.  I would strongly recommend contacting the seller of the item and express that you can not get their links to work.  Doing a web search for this brand gave no significant results to a manufacturer so unfortunately it appears as if the seller may be your only resource.

To my knowledge there is no universal remote for car alarms.
