Car Alarms: Viper alarm not working, fcc id, 12 volt

I have a 3000Gt with a Viper RPN476v  FCC id ezsdei476 alarm system. My alrm has stopped working all of a sudden. The only thing that works is the Keyless entry/door unlock/lock. I tried holding the valet button down but it doesn't help. The LED is constantly on .. i.e it does not flash anymore . Please could you help me ?
