Hi, I have lost my owners manual, and was hoping you could help. Can you tell me the model of my viper alarm system? Also, when you arm or disarm the vehicle the alarm doesn't chirp. Everything locks, and I know the siren works. Can you help me figure out how to chirp it again? All I can give you is the FCC ID: EZSDE1475. Thanks for your time.
