Car Alarms: Passive arming mode, mitsubishi galant, 2000 mitsubishi galant

I hope you can help I have a 2000 mitsubishi galant with a prestige platinum audiovox alarm which works fine except for the fact that a week ago the passive arming mode stopped working and i cant seem to get it working again even when i use the instructions in the manual. Thank you

No sorry, I don't know why it slipped from
passive to active mode either.
my best guess may be in the remote
buttons pressed and in what order.
If the manual is not making the changes
for you, I don't have anything
different to offer.

I would go back to the installer or seller
for some aftersale service on it if I were
you. So I suggest you contact the seller
in any case.
