Car Alarms: SENSITIVE TO TOUCH car alarm!, nissan 350z, alarmtek

I have an individual who has caused thousands of dollars in damage to my Nissan 350Z convertible. I need to know what I can purchase to keep my car safe! I assume that I desperately need an alarm (it came with an anti-theft device) that is TOUCH SENSITIVE and a car camera/video recorder. My beautiful car was purchased only in November of last year and it has been keyed, dented, valve stems cut, tired slashed, and the list goes on and on. Without a (TOUCH SENSITIVE) alarm and camera/video recorder, the law says that they cannot prosecute. PLEASE HELP!
