Car Alarms: pro lock????, local tech, fuel injection

Question
My 89 Volvo came with said topic. She starts up just fine runs and idles
perfect for about 15 sec. then dies, Every time. I've never even got to drive it
yet ( except home from the action) witch took restarting it 14 times could this
pro lock device be the problem??? Every thing else under the hood looks to be
working just fine. Thanks for any  replies

Gonna have to say yeah, the Prolock piece
is interferring with the fuel injection.
If it was simply starter kill, you could not
even crank it.

I'd suggest you either cut it out yourself
or take to a local tech for removal because
you're not going very far as is.
