Car Alarms: Chapman Alarm - override button flashes twice, valet mode, remote starter

Question
I tried the directions you gave others for exiting Valet mode, but the override button still has a flashes twice pattern. Any ideas what it means, and how I fix?

Is this system also a remote starter?
The valet button may be in the antenna, but
without inspection, I can't really tell.

To just refresh:

KEY ON, JUST BEFORE CRANKING
WITHIN 3 SECONDS, PRESS AND HOLD IN THE VALET BUTTON
UP TO 7 SECONDS, THEN THE SIREN WOULD CHIRP, THE
LED WOULD GO ON SOLID, AND THE ALARM IS DISABLED.
