Car Alarms: Vipor Alarm on 97 mountainer, key fobs, mountainer

Question
I was installing a trailor wire harness and had to disconnect the battery in process.  Now when I connect the battery, my alrm goeas off.  I have the key fobs but they will not turn off the alarm.  I even changed the battery on the key fob, I thank you for your support.
