Car Alarms: avital tornato car alarm, steering colum, fuse box

i just bought a 94 eclipse with this alarm in it...it dosnt not work so i wanted to take it out with looking under the dash one of the previous owners must have had alot of things done to the car and just left all the wires...i have wires and fuse box's every where.  i was try'n to take out the alarm the LED light just fell out of some where and now the car will not start, how ever i didnt take out any wire running from the steering colum...need help un instaling
