Car Alarms: 2000 Jeep Alarm, fcc id, going in the right direction

Question
QUESTION: Just got a 2000 jeep with an alarm. I'm not sure if it's the manufacture's or not but i don't know how to use it and it keeps going off when I try to get in. Has a blue  light on the dash  that will blink fast or slow depending on if the clicker is hit once or twice.  HAs a clickcer with two main button and two little  buttons on the side. Also has a coinciding beep of the horn with  LED light blinking. Not sure what to do. Neighbors hate me.
ANSWER: WE'LL GET ER DONE!

It is aftermarket for sure, but I need you to try to ID it for me so I can assist you better.

Go to www.KEYLESSRIDE.com or www.REMOTESUNLIMITED.com
and using the FCC Id. # on the back of the remote,
find out wat alarm you have there.

The come back and tell me.

Answer
It at least gets us going in the right direction.
I don't do Crimestopper here, so I do not
have the procedure needed to program, but try
my 12 volt installers forum at www.INSTALLSUPPORT.com
or at www.Crimestopper.com directly for some
assistance. (my forum will prolly be faster!)
