Car Alarms: programing new transmitter, 1992 mazda mx3, mazda mx3

Question
hello i have a 1992 Mazda mx3 precidia. i bought a two button PROSTART remote starter at my local Canadian tire and i got it installed there by some experts. i lost my transmitter that came with unit and now i went there again and got 1 new transmitter and i need to program it because at Canadian tire they want to charge me as if i was installing a new remote starter and that is just an abuse because it just needs to be programmed. i google searched for programing transmitter and it says that i need to locate the valve switch first. so i figured i would be under dash by left driver foot. could not find any switch but i found two red cables (according to instruction valve is connected to those red cables) but instead of valve switch there is a plug with fuses on each cable. now i tried opening hood, unplugged fuses (as if it is valve) turned ignition key on plugged back fuse (car lights was supposed to turn on for 5 seconds) lights flashed twice and at same time i was pressing button one on transmitter (car was supposed to flash 5 times) but nothing happened. so now i don't know what to do.  because at Canadian tire they wouldn't tell me where valve switch is located because technician who installed remote starter does not work there anymore so for them to tell me where valve switch is located i have to pay them to find it. any help would be appreciated.

Answer
The Valet switch should be located near the left side
under dash area. But I do not know the Prostart
system, so you will need to contact them for service.

"Valve" should be "valet".

Try to find in under the dash area
near the plastic kick panel perhaps.

Good luck.
