Car Alarms: replacement transmitter problems, replacement transmitters, circuit city

Question
I replaced the 2-way transmitter for my alarm and asked if the circuit city guy could program it. He screwed it up and now it will only work in single button configuration and the remote start doesn't work. Is there any way to reset everything and start all over or some advise to fix it? Thank you.

Try a site that specializes in replacing remotes
and they may be able to provide programming
instructions.
