Car Alarms: car alarm problems, viper alarm, car alarm

I have a Viper alarm FCC:EZSDEI471 its worked fine then i got some car audio installed then a the day after i got the stuff installed it beeps and sounds but the doors arent locking and unlocking...HELP

The number you list is the remote control's number, not the model of the system itself.  The system's model number is on the brain itself.

To your problem...find the brain of the alarm and verify that no plugs were knocked loose when the system was installed.  If you paid a shop to install your car audio then they should be looking at the alarm to see if they unplugged anything.
