Car Alarms: Rattler Alarm, rattler alarm, having trouble finding someone

I need to reset the sensitivity on my remote keychain car alarm.  I am having trouble finding someone to do it.  Can it be done over the phone?  I work in an industrial area and the trucks keep setting it off.  Help.

Please look under the dash area for a smallish clear box
the blinks red and green. If visable, you can either
use a small screw driver to turn it down or off
(counter clock wise).

or, if were me, unplug it and depend on
the door triggers.

The shock sensor also may be tucked up
near the steering column.

In this instance, remove the panels
conceling it and do the same there.
