Car Alarms: car alarm, starter wire, car alarm

My remote for my clifford G4 alarm busted and the alarm went off, now my car won't star.I tried taking the alarm off but I see no difference. If somebody knows how to disarm the alarm please help me out.....

When you say you tried taking the alarm off did you carefully remove all wiring and any cut wires placed back together? This probably had a starter kill circuit so There is a relay tied into the starter wire or ignition wire that needs to be removed and the wires attached together.
