-----Question-----
I RECENTLY PURCHASED AND INSTALLED A VIP RS3000 ALARM SYSTEM FROM TOYOTA.  MY PROBLEM IS THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE SYSTEM.  FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE UNIT IS ARMED AND I OPEN IT FROM THE OUTSIDE OR INSIDE THE ALARM WILL NOT SOUND, THE DOME LIGHT WILL COME ON.  DO YOU KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM.  THANKS
-----Answer-----
Sounds like you are not on the propper door trigger
wire. It should be black/white |-|at the top/rear
of fuse box. Please re check this connection,
then try to trigger it again.

Answer
Then there is a problem with the interface to your
truck. If it's a molex connector, the passenger side
door trigger is not reading. May have a malfuntioning
brain box there.

If possible, have the dealership give you another
brain box to confirm it.

Have a good night.
