if i disconnect the battery it is possible also to disconnect de ECM plugs withoot any damage for the vehicle?

In most cars, yes this is true.  I however am not 100% familiar with every vehicle ever made and still to be made so this answer only applies to most vehicles, not all.  Yes disconnecting the battery should prevent any damage to the ECM.  However keep in mind, that some of the VW vehicles will trip an ABS light if a sensor is unplugged even with the vehicle battery disconnected.  So you may trip a light, but should not cause any damage with the battery disconnected.
