Car Alarms: Disabling Ford Vehicle Security System on a 1995 Thunderbird, side kick panel, vehicle security system

Question
From my understanding the "Ford Vehicle Security System" is an aftermarket/not factory installed, but probably added by a dealership. I bought my '95 t-bird used about a 1.5 years ago and never had a remote for the system. I decided to try and add keyless entry and remote start and bought the Boa 265B. Tried installing it and could not get it to work after about 8 hours, gave up and decided that I would just pay for one at store for $200-300 in the future. Problem is during the install process blew the 10A ACC fuse that controls interior lights. But they would still come on for 45 seconds after the car was shut off, this behavior I attributed to the already installed ford system. Problem is, when I replaced the fuse it tripped the ford alarm and I can't figured out how to disable it. There is a switch with brown wire, wouldn't turn off. Tried the green disable wire by connecting to both ground and +12V, still wouldn't turn off. I tried disconnecting the module from car, but then all interior lights and power door locks won't function. Any help would be appreciated. Also there is a wiring diagram on the back of the ford module that I can scan if that would be of anymore help. Thanks in advance, -Kevin

Answer
Gonna make this easy for you.
Locate the dark green/purple wire in the
drivers side kick panel. Splice into it,
then ground this wire to the chassis.

This terminates the factory alarm system,
and allows the aftermarket system to operate
normally.

Significantly less hassle then trying
to incorporate it into the disarm function
of the aftermarket system using a relay.

This is the easiest way to make it all work.
