Car Alarms: car horn, car horn, car alarm

Question
I bought a used 1994 Corolla and my car horn does not work but I hear it when the alarm goes off.  I changed the horn relay and the fuse but that didn't solve the problem.  The wires connecting to the horn itself does not seem to be disconnected.  What else should I be checking for?  I don't know much about car alarm connections but I am guessing that whoever installed the alarm before had used the horn as a siren.  To be honest, I don't even activate my car alarm anymore but I just want my car horn back.

Answer
I'd have to see what's what under the dash, but
if you are correct, then look for a connection to
the horn wire at the steering column. This is where
an installer might have tapped to use the car's horn.

If not, check the master fuses under the hood as well.

Somewhere along the way is a bad or open circuit.
Just have to track it.

Good Hunting.
