Car Alarms: Legend alarm disable, acura legend, wire splice

Can you tell me how to disable the factory alarm on a 1988 Acura Legend?

You will need to find the security module located under the drivers front
seat on the 2 dr, and it is in the trunk behind the left rear seat on the 4dr.

Going into this module, see the green/red wire,
splice into it and then ground to the chassis.

This will eliminate the factory alarm for good.
Don't forget to black tape off the splice.
