Car Alarms: Need a truck alarm, perimeter alarm, silicone spray

I have a 2006 1500 Dodge quad.  I have a problem with cats climbing up the side to get in the bed and scratching my paint.  I have looked and called around, but have not found anything that I think will work.  I would like a perimeter alarm that is loud and goes off for a short period of time to scare them away.  Is there one that you know of and if so what would be the approximate price?

A proximitey alarm specific to the truck bed is pretty
easy. I have just the thing for you.
First an alarm you can install  simply..check!
Second, a microwave motion sensor for the bed
of the truck, check!
Third, Silicone spray to waterpoof the sensor,

Lastly, get a large dog to sleep in the truck
bed at night. Lol.

Seriously though, you can do this for around 75.00
