Can the factory installed PAS be disabled to prevent this?

Whether I set the alarm or just lock the car, using either the fob or door lock button, something sets the alarm off sometimes hours after sometimes minutes after.

Can the factory installed PAS be disabled to prevent this?

  Gonna need some details.

Is this a factory alarm or, and aftermarket?
(if factory=headlights flash & horn honks
if aftermarket=LED in dash area, siren
& parking lights will flash instead)

If that is the trouble, the PATS
(PASSIVE ANTI THEFT SYSTEM) can by bypassed
by using a module that would be installed
under the dash. You would also need a spare
ignition key to make this all work prior
to using the module.

That being said, I still don't know if it is
the factory alarm or an aftermarket piece
that's causing the trouble. You were not
clear on that point in the last responce.
