Car Alarms: 98 eclipse factory alarm randomly going off, eclipse spyder, speaker work

Question
Hi, I have a 98 Eclipse Spyder and the factory alarm started radomly going off at odd times. Then I need to turn it off by physically putting the key into the door lock. Only way to prevent it from sounding is keeping the doors unlocked. Condition is very clean and dry within the door jams and behind the door panels because I had installed new front speakers recently. Wasnt sure if water could be the cause from all the rain we've been getting. How could I fix this and could it be a door pin switchs on this model vehical? Also would you happen to know if there is some sort of switch use in the trunk lid for this vehical?

Answer
Best suggestion is to inspect and tighten any pin switch you find,
and also in the doors you put speakers in,
check any and all plugs, wires etc...

Please keep in mind this car has common wires for the
doors/trunk (red/white). Find this wire and make
certain it is intact, and covering the doors.
(Open and close each door. If the interior lights
go on and off, they are intact.)

But I would focus on the area you did the speaker
work. It's usually the last spot worked on that is
the trouble spot.

Good huntin.
