QuestionWhen I hook the unit up to 12v + the unit does not always turn on? Is there a rest button?

Hi am having some trouble with the unit just not working. No solenoid movement when power is added to 12 volt + sometomes.Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn,t. When it doesn't work if I wait awhile it is like it resets itself.
Is this possible?
Any suggestions

Not quite sure of your question, or what you are using there. Please restate the question.
A.
AnswerALL propper wiring must be installed
or the system will not work right. You
also need to make certain that the propper polarity
for your door lock and unlock motors require
is correct or it will not work either.
I suggest you contact your seller for some
support on this job for you. I am limited
to only 1 or 2 questions here for folks who
shop elsewhere for the same products I sell
and service here in my stores. It's only right
since they made the money for your sale, that
they also provide the installation support for it
not me. I only supply that level of assistance
for my own equpiment buying clientel here.
