Hi I am looking for a replacement lcd remote for my alarm. I have gone through 2 remotes in a year. do thay make a better remote for this alarm or a universal remote that does not cost so much and will last longer. Who sells the remote.Also I dont know if it is a am or fm the antena is fm but the lcd remote is marked inside with am? wont eather one work.

Depending on the antenna, if the there is a call button in it or not, that would tell me which you have.

Replacements are 63.00 each and in stock, but
it does depend on what series you have.

Lastly, no that is the only one that will work
with your system. There are no other
remotes that will work with the software
package.
