My ? is How to put my Prestige into valet mode, I tried cranking the key to just before it starts and flicking the toggle switch forward(no work)backwards(no work)Is there maybe a clitch in this piece of junk? or am I doing something wrong here?

Could be a malfunctioning or unplugged switch.
Trace it back to the brain,
and inspect behind the switch.
If all is well, then you may
need to contact the company
who made it to get the valet
overide command procedure.

If the valet is broken,
replace and try once again.
