Car Alarms: Car Security, wheel locks, tilt sensor

Question
I have 20 in wheels (wheel locks), factory alarm what is the best way to secure my vehicle. I want them to be detered from taking it.

Please help.

Have you heard of the Ravelco, not intersted in Lo-jack bc it may not be in good condition when it is found!

Thank you.

Answer
Lojack is not all that for the money spent.
You want to look at www.TRACKINREALTIME.com
for the coolest, most control intensive type system of
it's kind. YOU control what happens, not the cops.

On the Ravelco, no I can't advise on this equipment.
I have no time on it or, working with any of them,
sorry.

However the alarm part is important yes, but the
right sensor is what's needed here. You want an
electronic tilt sensor that measures the level
of the car when parked, then would trigger any
given alarm with shock sensor outputs, once the
vehicle is shifted 5 degrees. If the car is jacked
up at all, the alarm is triggered.

The alarm should be
the 2 way paging variety at least so you have
a shot of catching the thieves.

I would suggest you look at www.pagingalarm.com
and www.pagingalarms.com  this will give you
better control of the vehicle monitoring locally.

The TRACKINREALTIME.COM
GPS Tracking Service is half the cost of Lojack,
and does 85% more then Lojack can
& is actually the best way, then add the alarm,
but whatever works for you and your budget is fine
by me.

Have a look, and if I can help
further, let me know.

Have a good day.
