Car Alarms: about 96 chrysler sebring, chrysler sebring, keyless entry system

Question
thanks for responding ---its a sebring coupe lxi--(not an convertible

Answer
This is a problem then since the only way to disable
the factory alarm is to remotely unlock the door.
It works in unison with the lock/unlock.

Only way to effectively disarm it each time is
to add a keyless entry system to it. Of course
you can also add an aftermarket car seurity system
and remote starter along with it, but the one thing
that is nec. is the keyless to address the factory
alarm.

I have lot's in stock and guide the way if you like?
If it were the convertable, there is actually a disarm
wire you could ground permanently, but this is
not the case here.

That's the news Larry, sorry about that,
but it's not the end of the world. It's a relatively
easy fix.
