Car Alarms: Galxy 5000 RS, vehicle keys, rsw

I bought a 2003 Dodge Ram from a bank that had repossessed it.  It has a Galaxy 5000 car alarm in it (the black box under the dash is stamped Galaxy 5000).  I got two pagers with the vehicle keys.  The battery is dead in both of them and it appears the alarm is deactivated right now.  I have no idea how the system works, or if it installed correctly (but I'm assuming it is for right now).  My question is if there is somewhere to get the operating instructions for the system?  I just need to learn how it works and how to activate/deactivate it.

OK Art,
   First thing is get the AAA batteires and put
them in. If the transmitters do not control the system,
then you may need to re program them.

Got to www.scytek.net , look up the 5000 rsw 2 2way, and follow the given progrmaing and reseting instruction
download (pdf file) for the system.

That should bring you up to snuff with this alarm/keyless
remote starter. Nice system guy. Let's see if you can make it work.
