Answer
Ok, if no joy disarming the
factory system at the drivers door
lock, then look under the drivers
side seat, at the keyless/alarm module
locate the light green wire|-| and ground it.

This will eliminate the factory security alarm.
But it is a moot point if you do not have a factory
programed key. This means that it solves one problem,
but leaves you with no way to start the truck.

It will NOT bypass the immobilizor in
the ignition column. That will need the factory key
to get it to start. There is no way around that.
The pellet in the key head contains a chip that
has a corosponding reader in the igntion column.
If they are not together when trying to start
the engine, forget it.

A bypass kit still would not allow the code needed
because it is a floating system.
The only way to do the reprograming
of an ignition key on this one is to either have a spare
or programed original valet key, that you can
transfer the info to the new key,
or take to Nissan for them to put
on the company diagostic machine to allow it to
re do the transmod system.

Sorry but that's the trouble with the Nissan/Ford transmod
system. Can't re tool it like Pre 2002 models.

Wish I had better news, but this one is a Nissan
issue if you ask me, you will be wasting time and money
if you do not have any of the original keys to work with.

Sorry about that.

Good luck.
