AnswerThat would not be my choice here. Though that
system is popular, it's a bit pricey for what you get,
for yuor money, the range is so so, the remote
is clumsey, and the battery drain on it is a bit
quicker then most as well.
There are better systems.
I have done 5 of these cars in my shop, and
have used 3 different systems. If you want
the best bang for the buck, the 5000 rsw 2 2way
system (www.pagingalarms.com) is my first choice
because of the 2 LCD remotes and superior
manufacturer parts inside. It also has better
range then any Viper I have seen, so that's
a no brainer there.
The only choice I would make over this one
is the newer 5100t (same web site) that
has a very slick annimated display, but
only comes with one LCD na done back up remote.
It;s the latest thing, but not the "best deal".
That puts me back to the 5000 rsw 2 2way for the
best for the 350z. All of my
customers here love this
one for the ease use too.
You would also need a transmod
bypass module for the immobilizer
in your ignition column so you can
remote start as well.
